In-Person or Virtual Healthcare
All services are offered virtually or in-person (with the exception of vaccinations & injections).
- For in-person appointments, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- For virtual appointments, one of our team members will contact you at the phone number you provide when securing a booking.
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time.
There is no cancellation fee for missed appointments or cancellations less than 2 hours before. We recognize mistakes happen and schedules change unexpectedly, so please ensure you do your best to notify us if you're unable to attend and within the 2 hour window.
